🎭Spontaneous night out to enjoy the theater last night. I love that we have Broadway in Chicago, and such grand, gorgeous historic theaters to enjoy these productions. Isn’t the Cadillac Palace Theatre beautiful? 🤩 Have you ever visited an animal sanctuary? I had the privilege today to tour Project Chimps in Northern Georgia which is home to over 90 chimpanzees retired from biomedical research labs. 💕Happy Mother’s Day💕 to all the moms out there. 🎺🎶JAZZFEST🎷🥁 This was our first time, and it was. So. Much. Fun! New Orleans has such an awesome vibe! There is so much variety- definitely something for everyone at JazzFest. Pickleball is kind of a big dill— have you played yet? This paddle sport (with silly name) is exploding in popularity and we may be a little late to the game, but are excited to give it a try! Pickleball is kind of like if 🎾tennis and 🏓ping pong had a baby it would be pickleball. We have a court a couple blocks from our home so we were excited to give it a go. NEW ORLEANS 🤩— The food, history, music, unique charm, where to begin?! This was my first time to The Big Easy, and WOW what a city! 🌎Happy Earth Day! We hope you were able to get outdoors today and enjoy, and honor, Mother Nature. Wishing we were back at Isla Mujeres, Mexico right now. Our weather in the Midwest has been wacky! It was like summer all last week. Today it snowed. 🤪 ⚠️Unpopular opinion⚠️so we got the classic shot of us (there is a small fee and line) and we were happy to support the art cooperative- this is obviously stunning! But, let’s talk about Tulum, Mexico. I have conflicted feelings about it. Have you ever visited a place that you felt was unique, special and charming and you remember it in a specific way…then you return years later and it has changed beyond recognition and it’s hard to reconcile that it’s even the same place?
